fast blinker??
ive seen them around on other hondas how is it that the blinker is faster is dare some wiring that need to b done or is it a diff relay

Usually means a ricer tried to mod his car and didn't know how to stop the erratic blinking.
Low resistance in the signal circuit will cause this; eBay junk lighting, LEDs without resistors or blown bulbs for example.
