Default Bad ground headlight/blinker

Fixing bad ground

Fixing 1996 Honda Accord LX F22B with parts car.
Started on lighting system replaced fuses relays bulbs and switch.
When I flip lights on nothing except running lights. On dash passenger blinker light comes on and stays on if I apply negative power from battery to frayed and stripped blinker Ground the headlight comes on for that side. I don't know about the driver side apply negative power from battery headlight on passenger side still illuminates but not driver. What should I do with the ground. And how should I track down the drive headlight issue?

help would be appreciated

Thank you
Capt. Kirk
