Icon2 6th gen LED tail light problems

I just bought some LED tail lights for my 4dr 6th gen accord. I installed them fairly easily and connected all the wires without any problems. But I do have a problem; when i turn on my lights the LED's work perfectly and all my tail lights work for that matter. But when I press on my brakes only my 3rd tail light turns on and the LED's dont get brighter like they should.

If anybody had the same problem and has an easy fix please help me out.

Also I noticed when I removed the stock tail lights, on the driver side corner tail light had some sort of box with a what looked like a motherboard type thing (not really sure). it was only connected physically and not electronically i guess not to be moved around while driving.

sounds like some wires are in the wrong spot... also be warned that the leds in those type of lights are cheap and usually wont last long
