Wondering what normal ect temp is? Whenever I drive my new k swap in my mr2 the ect gets up to around 206-212 about everytime I drive it before tuning it off before it gets to hot, is this normal?

I boiled my thermostat to make sure it worked and took the air bleeder off and burp it all the time and nothing changes.
