Fully building a k24 would the head and block matter or would it be the same cause getting built

 

Your question doesn't make a whole lot of sense. What are you asking specifically?

 

theres crv,tsx,k20 heads so would it matter which head i pick if im puttin cams valves everything aftermarket. Same thing for block sleeved pistons everything

 

Yes, it would matter. Some of those mentioned do not have LMA pockets and would require locked rocker arms... VTEC "Killer" style. Block choice is more liberal. The differences would be oil squirters and block/cradle contour... the CRV (K24A1) is flat and all other K24A blocks have a raised center cap area requiring a slight modification to the body of an A2 oil pump.
