Knock sensor on K20Z1 in a 2005 RSX Type S.

Put a socket on the sensor, remove it, install a new one.

Yes I did. Looks like a typical broken knock sensor, what's the trouble with replacing it?

File or dremel two parallel flats into the base and then use an adjustable wrench to remove it. If that doesn't work, you could cut a pilot notch with the flat side facing left so that you can use a chisel or large flat blade screwdriver and hammer it loose by driving the tool in a counter-clockwise direction.

It already has a hex, it it's just very thin.
