Hello ht I am trouble shooting my 2002 honda si the car is completely stock beside intake and exhaust stock header the car started running super rich lots of black smoke from exhaust like a diesel friend of mine put his snap on scanner and btw I have no cel on and bulb does work he said the primary o2 heater was off and it was at -36 volts and I believe this sensor is a wideband so could this be the issue any help appreciated thanks
