Default Stupid mistake... Need help asap

Ok so I'm not used to the head unit step up on Hondas. Before I've owned toyotas & I've put in new head units, speakers & wired it myself with no problems. I wanted to put in an aftermarket head unit in my 02 Honda Civic ex & tried wiring it like I did my other cars & realized after I cut the wires that they don't match up to the aftermarket wires. I should of bought a installation kit, but I'm kind of broke at the moment. So I respliced all the wires back together & now my OEM head unit doesn't work & neither does my keyless remote. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the situation. Thank you for your time.

Solder all the wires with some heatshrink tubing, the same way they were originally and you'll be fine.
