how can i remove the popup question box on my screen?

 

thank you I'm hoping to get some answers from others at this point I am lost I'm a die hard honda person I've owned cry civics and accords I purchased a 2011 honda accord exl a few yrs ago the dealer told me at 105k miles it was recommended I replace timing belt and water pump now they engine light is on flashing exselarating by it's self reading misfire bank 1,2,3 and random misfire timing is on plugs r new anyone have a idea what this could be
