Greetings greetings to all ... I have just joined this site, and am hopeful to receive help and guidance with my 1999 Civic Coupe. I bought the car as-is, and it is a rust free, white ES with coil over suspension, floor stiffening braces in the front floorboards, cross-member support for the rear suspension, strut tower brace, b16b engine swap, and battery relocation to the trunk. Lightweight wheels wrapped in Toyo track tires. Car runs, drives and handles extremely well. My issue right now is the OBDII system (connector) is not communicating with the ECU. I'm looking for a
reputable shop to look into diagnosing / repairing this issue, so that I can pass the emissions testing here in Ohio. If anyone can make a recommendation, please feel free to contact me. Thanks in advance, and I look forward to learning more from this forum ...
