I recently bought a 2003 Civic DX Sedan with over 240,000 miles on it and am trying to see how many more miles I can put on it without any major repairs. So far I've replaced the tires, front pass and rotors, the passenger side CV axle, ball joint, wheel hub, and wheel bearing, the hood release cable, the oil pan and gasket (while under the car I noticed the oil pan was rotted pretty bad in places and didn't want it getting punctured by a piece of road debris, so for $38 I was able to get a new pan and needed to do the gasket anyway), and exhaust spring bolts.

I'm looking forward to learning more about this tough little engine (my SIL drove it dry of oil before selling it to us without realizing it was empty, so who knows how long it was but it still runs!).
