New to Hondas and the forum!
Hello all,
I've been an avid tuner since I was able to drive, love a import may it be a boosted (or all motor) 4 banger,a 6,tt,supercharged,whatever.I also LOVE domestic muscle. A huge 496 that weighs more than my civic is awesome, especially when it's in a 15ft Monte Carlo that weighs 4500lbs lol.
Anyway, I've been a Nissan head forever,I own a built, boosted b14 Sentra,it's the 1.6 (yes I didn't build the sr like everyone else)full top end build, bottom end, fuel system, etc. I've pushed 28lbs or boost through it with my Garrett gt3071r, and daily at 20lbs.Thats my baby. But lately I've been doing a lot of reading on these all motor Hondas. From 10k rpm b16s to nearly 300whp k series, and I was very intrigued. I buy and sell cars for a living and hobby,so I just picked up my first 1994 civic coupe, with a CLEAN b16 sir 2 swap in it.Under carriage is absolutely clean, minor rust starting on quarter panels and a little on the front driver fender, other than that it is clean no dents or scratches, slammed on tein coils, name brand white rims to match I believe they're 16", the motor is all stock besides headers and a 2 1/4in straight pipe back, computer is chipped o believe w/ 2 step, full interior,k sport short shifter, runs mint.
Anyway I already am in love with it even though I bought it to flip.
I'll put up pics soon,my main question though is how can I add value to it? I paid 2k$ for it,I plan on asking 3 grand for it. I believe I'm in line with asking that, the motor is clean and runs strong, everything in the car works as it should, sunroof etc.id take 2800 for it,but is there anyway I can maybe invest another 3-600$ and try asking 3800 or so for it?
Thanks all, very excited to join the Honda community!
