Hi all, name is Nick. I am new to Honda Tech. I picked up a 97 Del Sol last year and found out quick I have gotten in over my head. I've owned 2 other Del Sols in the past and thought this would be no different. Boy was as I wrong. This Del Sol has a d16a engine in it with a p06 ecu. I'm guessing that it is an older motor and ecu than the model year. The car has an OBD2 scanner connection, but with an older ecu my scanner won't sync to it so i can't get any codes and figure out why the CEL is on. I've tried to figure out how to jumper it, but didn't get far...any help on the matter would be awesome. looking forward to exploring the site so i'll be able to get this car back to the way it needs to be.
