Hi everyone my name is David and I am new to the forums. About a year ago I purchased my first car; a 1988 Rio Red CR-X Si with a low mileage d16z6 swap. I absolutely loved this car. It was daily driven and driven hard. My plan was to eventually swap the d16z6 for a k20a. In July of 2012 the car was stolen from outside my house in the middle of the night. Luckily it was found a day later with minimal damage. It was stolen again recently on 4/22/2013 in the middle of the night outside of the apartment I had moved to (different location from first time it was stolen). Unfortunately this time it has not been recovered and I will be getting paid out by my insurance company any day now. Anyways moving on...I love hondas and I want to get another one. Either want to get another clean CR-X or a clean 4 door EG. My plan with either would be swapping in a K series. I was thinking some nice advantages with the 4 door would be that I can close my hood with a k24 and I can fit more passengers. I still have a full skunk 2 CR-X suspension that I never got to install though. What do you guys think? Thanks for looking!
