New Da9 owner
Hey guys, so I'm new to this whole "honda scene" if you can call it that. I just got a Da9 from a family member and decided to make it my first project car. it's a 93 da9 GS hatchback, stick, with an ls b18a1 motor and everything on her is stock. I'm here to learn how to do some tuning and advice on how to NOT become a ricer. I'm here to be a tuner, not at RICER! So I'm thinking of getting a new head gasket, give it a tune up (of course), swaping in a new intake system, header, and installing a kill switch. Some other mods include getting bucket seats, quick release steering wheel, subframe brace, sway bar, Beaks lower tie bar, new clutch kit, new breaks, maybe some Rotas, Drags or LS Meshes, and new front headlights. of course I'll be modifying the engine before I install anything else on the exterior/interior of the car. I already installed a new Magnaflow Muffler with Tip because the stock one broke. Someone already told me that was a 'Ricer' move to do which really pissed me off, but she makes a beautiful sound so I ain't mad. Anyways, hope ya'll can really help me out with this! Thanks! B.
