Hi Honda-Tech,

Going through the Auto Repair program my Tech college offers, hoping to get an AAS as an Automotive Repair Technician. Never worked on cars previously but helped my cousin who is a tech for the city do some basic maintainence on some cars. I've always been interested in auto repair so it's cool to start to understand how an engine works (that's as far as we've got in school right now.) I still have a little over a year left so I don't know too much but every day I learn a little more. I decided to buy myself a project car that I can work on outside of class to have a better understanding of auto repair and I got a '93 Honda Del Sol Si. It has a few problems currently that I know of and more than likely problems I'm unaware of. The first thing I'll be doing with it is replacing the clutch/flywheel because it was destroyed by the previous owner. I've been told to keep my eye on the transmission because there will probably be problems with it too but we'll see.

I want to document my progress as I work my way through modifying this car and I'll keep you all posted!
