I just changed a motor in a 2001 accord. 2.3 vtec. I changed the timing belt and water pump on the new motor prior to install. The new motor is in but runs rough. Changed the distributor, no change. Changed the wires, plugs no change. It acts like the timing is off. Removed the upper timing belt cover and set the cam pulley to TDC. When I did, the crank shaft pulley is also at TDC. What am I missing?
