Low compression issue in my h23

Default Low compression issue in my h23

hey guys new here .. need some help as i have a honda civic swapped with h23a with h22 piston which give more compression a 10 month before i was having 260 compression and now i m having 250 which means i m losinh compression as 250 compression is on every cylinder and car is not eating oil but how to gain compression back i m good as fast dont want to make sick my engine ... it is a head gasket ? Valves or rings ?

That isn't much change, is it the same across all your cylinders? If so, it could have to do with the tester being used, how the rings are seated, atmospheric changes etc. If one cylinder is 50% or so of the others, that is the kind of thing to worry about.
