Newbie here from Los Angeles South Bay to be exact. I just recently picked up a 2012 4 door 4 banger Honda Accord.
im not looking to get all raced out since my main reason behind my purchase is saving gas. but would like to hook up the motor a bit. simple stuff on the cheaper side.

things i would like to do is stereo, black out tail lights, grill hub caps till i get rims lol, HIDs, exhaust but dont want it to sound like the typical "rice rocket" not sure if thats possible though
