Hello, I have a 95 civic and it hesitates/boggy at idle and at take off. I connected a fuel pressure gauge to it and it builds the correct amount of pressure but as soon as I turn off the car it looses the pressure instantly! I left the car running with the gauge hooked up still and disconnected the line to the regulator and it build a little more pressure like it’s supposed to. I also left the car running for 20+ minutes with that hose disconnected from the regulator and gas never sprayed out so I’m pretty sure the regulator is good. I also change out the fuel pump and that didn’t fix it. Could it be a check valve and injectors maybe? Thanks for any help!!
