Its a car thing...
Greetings everyone,
Fairly new user but Ive been binge reading these forums since I picked up my 88' CRX Si back in March of this year. I always wanted one of these growing up, most people would want lots of other cars especially coming from my background. my peers would shame Honda all across the board with tin can and lawn mower comments the whole time but I loved the style of them. So anyways my build isn't completely thought out and I am reaching out to anyone who has experience to aid me. I would like to keep the d16a6 in the car as I want to keep within my budget. I recently picked up a JRSC for this motor as a spontaneous Ebay purchase (the twincharger video I watched earlier that day didn't help). I am interested in twin-charging this motor, however I have no such experience with forced induction. I planned on doing this because forced induction has always fascinated me but I have never worked with it hands on. I hear the twin charge is good for all around, and ebay turbo kits are pretty inexpensive if you BYOT. I'd like to get this car on the track and try time attack, or autocross with it as I have never driven on track either. I'll post some pictures of the car when she's a cleaned up!
to a great community and good times.
