Default Introduction

Hello this is my 1st post but 2nd Honda the 1st one was 10 years newer then my current one it was a auto k24 powered Accord with VTEC my current one I got from insurance because the accord got totaled so I got a civic from 96 with the d16y7 bolted to a 4 speed auto with trans axles and yes it is a base model so no VTEC 🥲. I have owned the car for less then a week and want to know as much as I can about the d series platform and this body style of civic and yes it is not the best looking I have another car that is currently taking all my money and time I might post that in here with the civic when that one gets running again

Welcome man! She looks a little rough around the edges but civic's are one of the easiest platforms to learn on. The d-series is a tough engine that usually refuse to die. There's alot of info here on in the tech forums about everything from maintenance to k-swapping.
