Intro
Hi,
My name is Karen and I love Hondas! I have a 1989 CRX, I just sold my 1999 Civic hatchback (very reluctantly, I still miss it!)
My CRX is pretty much stock. It has headers and 17" wheels/tires.
I'm trying to figure out the best way to stop my rear tires from rubbing on my wheel wells. They didn't rub before I put new tires on. I think they are a little taller than previous tires. Turning is the worst, and an occasional bump in the road.
The previous owner had a bar that connected to the top of the rear shocks horizontally inside the car. I don't know if that would solve my problem or if I should just buy smaller wheels an tires?
Anyway, that's one reason I joined seeking assistance. I love my CRX and need a resolution.
