Post Integra project

Hey guys, so on march 15 i bought a 95 integra ls swapped for 1500 and all i can say is that wow i got fucked over because i thought the car was ls, stock wise, well imma start by saying that i bought it just cause i really wanted an integra.so far ive learned that it was a gsr and so far i bought a gsr head that was from a 96 obd2. i want to make it into vtec because i want the car to run and perform better and i want to smoke mustangs anyday. ive worked on cars before and i know how everything works, but i wanted to know what else i need to make sure the car will run at its full potential. ok so the car itself came with headers and an aftermarket intake. the engine itself is a b18b1. i know it used to be a gsr because of the vin it says dc2. so heres the list of the parts i have.
gsr head with valves. retainers, and springs, skunk cams
gsr distributor.
gsr gasket set,
skunk2 mani and throttle body
thermostat,
waterpump with belt and tensioner,
chipped p72 ecu
some pulley with an oil line (i guess its used for when vtec cracks the head will be lubricated)
new head studs
and last an obd2 gsr harness
!!!!the car is an ls right now but when i took a look at the current ecu it has written that it was off a 94 ls
question is do ineed to get anything else? i just want to know before i start building and send it to the dyno.
i would really appreciate any advice or tips. oh and especially your time. thanks!!
