I drive a 1993 Honda Accord EX my Smog failed code 4 and 43 so that's fuel supply system and crank position sensor. The ASM emissions results, the hydro Carbon PPM MEAS 1523 and the CO% MEAS 2.54 My mechanic said to change the O2 sensor because HC is way to high, change feul filter, and distributor because CP sensor is located inside the distributor. Can I please get a 2nd opinion. Hope everyone is doing well. Take care and thanks much
