I have a 97 Honda Accord Wagon EX.I need an automatic transmission. I've called the dealership and talked with 2 transmission shops and they all say the same thing. That I need a 96 or 97 honda accord wagon lx or ex transmission that they are the only ones that will connect to the computer. Ive learned that the BOYA is what they use in the wagons. All the auto salvage I've called want to argue that with me. I have found a place that tells me that they have found one. My question is.. how do I know when I go to pick it up if it is the right one? Will it have BOYA on it somewhere?
