I am in Canberra, and just bought a CB250 2003. I am mechanical minded, but never worked on a bike, I will be trolling the forum to see if I can get some advice. The bike is very hard to start in the morning, plugs are black, I will put new one and I am trying to adjust the fuel mixture...haven't found anything on this yet...
