I just bought a b16 long block and I was wondering if anyone knew of an accessory kit with things like the alternator bracket, sensors, and the other gizmos that you need for the motor to actually work.

If there isn't could anyone enlighten me on what I would need to buy for it? First time doing something like this and I would like to have as much knowledge going into it as possible

eBay is gonna be your best bet for brackets, timing covers, etc.

Most of the sensors are on the head and intake manifold. The block just has an oil pressure sensor, sometimes a knock sensor (that is almost never used), and then there is a coolant fan switch on the thermostat housing.

Honestly Id probably just try to find a complete longblock. You will nickle and dime yourself trying to find everything separate.
