Hey everyone - my name is Alex. I just got a 1992 Honda Civic EG hatchback a couple weeks ago. Ive been looking to pick up an EG for probably 15 years haha and finally decided it was time (and was growing more and more nervous that “less molested” options would continue to exist).

Ive always thought id K-swap (I have only really owned Integras and RSX up until the Civic) but as Ive grown older I actually feel a litrle more inclined to keep it generationally appropriate… we will see.

For now Im just checking integrity and getting to know the car… ive been hitting this forum quite a bit with some of my recent endeavors (compression test, and troubleshooting my radiator fan not kicking on).

Anyways, excited to be here and thankful for such a huge repository of content for Honda!
