wiring question
First of all I would have searched, but my computer sucks and keeps refreshing my previous query to search, so in short I can't search

I am installing a b16a into my 91 STD civic, what wiring harness do i need?

I would adapt your STD harness with the JDM B16 one.
The 91 Si I don't believe will plug into the shock tower harness.
You'll need to convert to MFPI from the dual FPI, add VTEC wiring, and Knock sensor.
