whats it take to get my 93 integra RS into the 12 sec range 1/4 mile Naturally Aspirated?

i will be using a B16a Head on my 93 B18a block.
what mods and parts would i need? (like pistons, rods, valve train, ECU, etc.)

some time down the line i may wanna add NOS to the equation, but for now its just gonna be NA.

Rods, pistons, cams, fuel setup, all those goodies. You will need a high compression motor to get yourself into the 12's.

You will need everything.....jun 3's, toda c's......forged high comp pistons, forged rods, balanced crank(cuz you will spin tons of rpms), tuning, complete new valvetrain, P&P head, cam gears, FPR, ITR/CTR TB(or an overbore), tuning, reprogrammed ECU or hondata stage 4 or standalone management, slicks, tuning, VERY NICE header(toda, Jun, Spoon, Mugen), intake, maybe injectors, nice exhuast, motor mount inserts(these rock in my opinion)....etc...did I mention tuning?

That setup would net 12's....at least I hope so. You are looking at lots of money there!

Your not going to get a definitive answer as far as Brands go, people are going to recommend what they like or what they have heard to be good.

personally, I would run Crower rods and a forged high compression piston with sufficient valve reliefs.

As far as top-end, I prefer JUN cams and valvetrain components along with the factory Type-R intake manifold and the spoon conical TB.

You might want to get the block resleeved also, maybe shove an 84.5 MM piston in there and be pushing ner 2 litres of disp.

hmmm.

well i do like to hear other people's opinions on brands, i've seen alot of people like the Skunk2 Intake, others like the ITR intake, there must be some reason for liking them . i did take a look at them myself that Sk2 looks to be a nice unit, but not sure if i wanna pay that much $$ for it. i'm not sure how much i can pick up an ITR intake for considering i'll be using a B16a head should i use the CTR intake or the ITR intake?
other than getting bigger displacement, what other reasons would i want to resleeve my block?
