Default Using a PG7 on a Sohc set up?

My mods are in my signature. I want to know what everyone who is or has used a PG-7 (89 Teg) ecu on the sohc D15 or D16, is running or has ran there fuel pressure at? Or how to figure out an ideal pressure?I searched but found nothing to answer my question.
