Default type r swaps

Hello H-T guys

Has anyone put a type r motor into an EG here? I will be doing it in a couple of months and was wondering if poeple have done this. I allready have the engine and just need to get the car but am waiting for the funds to get it. Is there anything i should check or do to the engine before doing the swap? I might be a noob but i do know my fair share so feel free to be technical
Thanks for all the help and i hope to learn alot here

Type-R motor in an EG???? Are you serious? No way, it's never been done and never will be done!

yeah i know i worded the topic poorly asking to get flamed. I will get the hang of it just give me a few posts to get better. anyways i have the wiring harness, shift linkage, motor mounts, ecu, tranny, axles, header, intake manifold, alternator. I was just curious to know if you guys thought i should do anything to it before installation other than internals.
thanks all
misha

take injectors out, clean them up real good. soak in alcohol over night. and if i were you, i would go get a nice 6 puck clutch, i gurantee you will love it. But if not, i would really look into putting on a new clutch while its out of the car. but other wise just inspect the motor, maybe spend some time cleaning it or something. just keep playing with the motor to remind you of how bad you want it in your car! hahaha. oh yeah, maybe some stiffer mount insterts, those are a +. and im not sure, do some research, i read on http://www.hybridgarage.com that you need a conversion for your wiring.check it out.
but good luck
