Default type r ecu

ok i'm trying to use a type r ecu in my 2000 ek it plugs up fine but it just won't start is there a reason why this is so?

and are you using an ITR ecu on your stock engine?

no its a type r smae year the ecu came with the motor

You need to have the immobilizer disabled or removed.
