Throttle Cable

Is there anyway I can use the stock EG hatch Si throttle cable, to fit onto the b18b1? Anyway I can custom make it to fit?

It is only about 30-40 bucks for a new one. Have you tried? I could of used my old d series cable off my vx for my gsr swap but the type r was much shorter and looked better.
