Default Swapping out the long block....

I am swapping out the long out of a Integra LS auto. My plan is to swap the tranny from the old long block into the new long block. My question is. Would it be easier to swap the tranny out while the engine is out of the car or should i take the tranny off while its still in the car? Which would be easier? The auto trannys are heavy as a bitch and i just want the swap to go smooth and easy.

i would do everything while its out of the car, if u plan on pulling the engine anyway, might as well pull it all at the same time.. then change the tranny
