Swapping Emissions
What do regular people do when they swap engines to pass emission?? Do you need papers to legalize it?
I contacted my state's emission (COLORADO) asking what I need to do to swap... they replied me with:
"You will need to contact one the state technical centers and set an appointment to have the vehicle looked at there. You can call the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for more information, 303-692-3120."
Is it hard to get passed the appointment?
