Simple Question

OK, I have a 92 Si Prelude (H23). Is it possible to 'add' or make it VTEC by changing ECU? If so, how?
Is there anyone out there who has engine swapped a H23 with a H22 Vtec?!

No and yes. Vtec is more than electronics. You can swap in a Vtec motor, read up somewhere.
