Default resleeving??? ls

OK hear it is, I was offered a LS block for $50 and im planing to build up a turbo ls/vtec by summer time, at my high school we have a student vs. teacher day at the track and i wonna role up in a lil hb and kill my teacher. The thing with the block is that it needs to be resleeved? Is that a big deal? Im getting it for $50 bucks and its my first LS/Vtec build up. How much will it cost to resleeve it?
Will i sleeve it at 83mm?

Expensive, I'm pretty sure you can sleeve and bore one to 83mm.

I just called around on a simmilar issue, if you are going oem it will be like 90 a sleeve, but if you go nice like darton it is a good grand for all four.
