Default Prothane Insert on EK

Anyone have a problem w/their upper driver side insert squeezing its way out? It is the rear piece that seems to make its way out after hard driving. Anyone know how to keep that **** in there???????

It is very common for this mount to fail. I have the inserts and they work great.

Ya, I already replaced the mount once. But its not really the mount that is the problem, its the insert slipping out on the firewall side of the mount.

Im guessings it from the motor torqueing. When it does, it kinda squeezes it out

Mine ripped to shreds almost immediately after I did my swap. I replaced it with an HCP solid polyurethane mount (ek-22) and after 6 months the thing still looks brand new.

Stop cleaning it and maybe it will look used

Inserts help, I replaced my mount with a solid mount and noticed a large difference.
