will a 94 civic ex witha a ls/vetc with 195whp and 140 wtq run a 12 second 1/4 mile on slicks with full interior? tranny is a y21 motor completey built no nos,turbo,etc. i just wanna make sure its possible before i spend 5 grand on the setup.
also would a b16w/supercharger be faster?
or if you can think of a better way to spend 5 grandlet me know
