Hi

i've swapped in a B18c into my EK and now i'm up to the wiring can someone please help me with wiring the secondary vtec?? the extra sensor on the throttle body i'm not sure what pin it goes into, or is there a name for it??

also where does this wire go for the O2 sensor??



and another quick question, if i changed to a TEG type R manfold and throttle body will i still need that sensor and can i run it with my factory computer???

First- what ECU are you using? OBDI ECU's require only (1) O2 sensor. When describing a plug, please include the wire colors- it's hard to tell the plugs apart. The wire you have circled in the diagram is the o2 sensor heater. It needs 12V from the ECU to work. If you don't have one, you will need a Helms manual, or a friend who has one to figure out all the wiring changes. Depending on what ECU you use, there could be... many.

 

i'm running a JDM P72 i think its OBD1, for the O2 sensor there are 4 wires one of them is a earth and does the other 3 wires go into the ECU??

 

Type R Mani will not fit your b18c, try a skunk2 if you want to change

 

you can diable the secondary butterflys. from the ecu. but yeah but the pin you have is b 17 i think i might have it wrong but iam just remebring off the top of my head
