Default p73A0 pistons into LSvtec question

hey guys, I already have my rods shaved 1mm bothsides to get the pistons onto the actual rods so thats not the question...

my question is about the piston/valve clearance.

b18b1 block b16a head Stock LS rods RS machine p73-A0 pistons.

My machine shop has called me a couple times now asking if I was sure that the piston clearance is proper as the dome is a lot higher than the stock pistons (Yes obviously this should be true due to wanting higher comp). in theory as I research more and more it should work, but I would like a definitive answer as to if I will bend my valves or not, or if this is usually (I assume the machine shop I took it to has never done a hybrid - but they are a more reputable shop in my city).
The block face was resurfaced but nothing to drastic was taken off of the block, I have the blackworks LS vtec kit and I think 81?mm headgasket that comes with the kit.

Does anyone know if the pistons will hit? if so what should I do?
