obd2 b16 in ef converted to obd1

obd2 b16 in ef converted to obd1
ok sorry if this has been asked before but i could not find it by searching
i have a obd2 b16a that i want to put in my crx but i want to make the crx obd1 so my question is how do i make the b16 obd1 and how do i make the car obd1? what do i need to put this motor in my car and use a obd1 ecu???? please don't reply get an obd0 engine cause that is not in my budget. and i already know that i need mounts and the basic stuff i'm just wondering about the actual conversion to obd1.
