OBD-0 to OBD-2 for BAR
I was wondering how hard it would be to do an obd-0 to obd-2 conversion good enough to pass STATE REF to get the BAR sticker. I was planning on doing a JDM '97 B18CR swap into a clean '90 Integra that I may be able to get for pretty cheap. I don't see many people doing conversions for obd-2 because that is plain stupid for performance but this is to get a BAR, but of course ill be going to obd-1 as soon as I get the sticker. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

well whatever you decide to do, I have an ecu jumper in stock that will allow you to complete this conversion: 88-91 civic/crx wiring to a JDM OBD2a ecu w/integrated VAFC wiring. Now it only works if you use a JDM OBD2a ecu, not a US OBD2a ecu. hit me up if you're interested.
