nsx engine in an accord????
new to the site, this is my first post. i'm attempting to find out about putting an nsx
engine in an accord
; i know signal auto put an nsx
engine in a civic
, but had to remove the subframe to do so. i will use this as my daily driver, so that won't work, but i thought the 98-02 model accord
might fit it since it comes with a 3 litre v6...any advice/tips/info would be greatly appreciated

I read a similar post a few weeks ago. Doesn't the C30 spin one way and the J30 spins another way? So, you would have five gears reverse and one gear going foward. That is what I read in the post.

just me but i don't think that will exactly be a cheap project, how much does a nsx engine go for? didn't the artcle say that they had massive axle problems, cuz it broke them all? if i were you i would find something a little more reliable, you said this wasn't gonna be your daily driver? and you want what? a 98-02 accord, that's a little expensive for a weekend warrior, imo, if you got this kind of money put it into a b18c swap in a eg or a b18c5 if you really got the money, just my .02
It was done to the civic, but then again, that is a full out race car. This would not be an easy project. Not only is the engine and all of the opther hardware involved very expensive...but...there will be alot of welding, fabrication, cutting. Not to mention the electronics. To cut things short here, dont think it will work...
