Default No spark need help

92 hatch lsv, no spark. Died on road suddenly. Checked ecu fuse under hood and the fuse under dash, both good, main relay tested good and have fuel pressure. All cluster lights work properly. Checked coil, no fire, no signal at yellow/green wire to dizzy but shows 10v at ecu pin for ICM. Kinda lost at this point.

Tested neg terminal on coil with test light. It stays on constant and completely off (should flash) during cranking. Bad ICM in distributor? Any help would be nice. Not a lot of info online for further testing. Just testing what I know. Leaning to bad ICM or ecu.

Thanks tamboo i tried these steps but not from this page. Kinda leads me to ICM being bad. Anyone know which ICM i can use from old distributor? I know D &B series use tc08a coils.

Have you checked the timing belt?

Yes timing is good. I'm hitting local pick and pull in morning to grab a few icm. Kinda thinking about the coil on plug conversion.

If the timing belt is snapped or stripped, you'll have fuel pressure but not spark. Do the fuel injectors spray fuel when you crank?

Yes Ronj timing has not snapped or slipping. I had to disconnect injector so I'm not smelling fuel while cranking and looking for spark and the distributor rotor is turning while cranking. What other ideas you got?
