Newbie with a question!
Ok, first off I drive a Mustang :::slips into flame suit::: but I am into Hondas....so now thats out of the way and I can get to my question......
....Would an S2K head work on an dual cam non-vtec F22 block???....and if not why?

Better keep that thing zipped up tight....

Simple answer is No it will not fit. Altough they are both F motors, the F20C head will not line-up with the F22 block whatsoever.
