need help to do a ls-vtec on 90 ls

need help to do a ls-vtec on 90 ls
I got every thing on but dont know where to start. I got a B16a head drill and block off, do I still need the ls kit mto do the work? and do any of u guys know if any shop has any adapters that will fit a 90ls into a 93 gsr ecu?any ideas out?
