Anyone got any experience with Energy Suspension motor mount insert kit? I put a set in my 95 ex coupe (1.6 sohc vtec) and now my mounts are hitting the frame of my car when I hit the breaks or shift hard. I havent put the rear one in yet but this problem is happening with the left and right mounts. I'm thinking of grinding off some of the extra material off my mounts, any advise?

i would leave it so you have a little extra cushion....is it the right kit that they sent you for your particular hybrid?

 

one of my friends told me that you usually have to trim them just a little bit for them to fit.
